MACSTROC WARRANTY

WHAT IS COVERED

All Macstroc electric machines come with a standard 12 months manufacturer’s warranty in accordance with the
following provisions:

Macstroc issues the warranty by undoing malfunctions free of charge that clearly presented themselves in the warranty period and which follow from faulty material or a manufacturing error. The standard warranty period is 12 months, commencing upon the first user’s acquisition. The decisive factor is the purchasing date stated on the original proof of purchase. Macstroc shall undo the malfunction by repairing or replacing the failing machine, or parts thereof, at its discretion, without charging labour costs or costs for parts. Macstroc may replace malfunction ing machinery or parts thereof by new or reconditioned machinery or parts thereof. All machinery and parts replaced become property of Macstroc.

HOW YOU CAN GET SERVICE

The warranty claim must be lodged within the warranty period. This requires the submission or sending of the complete tool in question with the original sales receipt, which must indicate the purchase date and the product designation, must be submitted to the Macstroc distributor in your country. The distributor Service Center should de notified in writing of any additional accessories installed in the machine.

NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR

The Warranty does not cover consumables or parts of limited regular functionality due to their natural wear and tear. The Warranty does not cover for Mechanical or electric damages resulting from incorrect installation, operator’s misuse or other activities inconsistent with the operation manual or contradictory to technical specifications attached to the machine.

USE GENUINE PARTS !

Use only accessories that are recommended by Macstroc for your model. Warranty does not cover if you are using any additional accessories on machines without prior approval of authorised Macstroc distributors
